Description

Engineering workload is not flat. Three machines land in the same month, somebody leaves, a customer moves a deadline. This is capacity you can add for the period you need it.

Three ways to work together

By the project. Fixed scope, fixed deliverables, fixed price. Best when the machine and the requirements are known.

By the hour. A block of engineering hours drawn down as needed, with a monthly statement of what was done. Best for support work and changes that cannot be scoped in advance.

Long-term. A standing arrangement with agreed availability, so your team can plan around it. Best when we already know your machines.

Program review and second opinions

Sometimes what is needed is not more hands but another set of eyes — before a program goes to a customer, or when a machine has a fault nobody in-house can pin down. Reviews are delivered as a written findings list, ranked by what would actually cause a problem in the field.

Documentation catch-up

Machines get built under deadline and the documentation is finished “later”. We do the later part: reconstructing I/O lists, updating schematics to match what was actually wired, and writing the program description that should have existed.
