A written scope, deliverables, schedule and price — normally within two working days.
For a quote we need enough to understand the machine. In practice that is the PLC program or the electrical drawings, plus a description of what has to change.
What you get back
A written scope listing what is included and what is not, the deliverables, a schedule and a price. Where part of the work genuinely cannot be scoped in advance, that part is quoted hourly and identified as such rather than padded into the fixed price.
How long it takes
Normally two working days from receiving the technical material. Larger projects that need a proper review of an existing program can take longer, and we will tell you at the start if that is the case.
Before you send anything
If the material is sensitive, ask for an NDA first and we will sign yours or provide ours. Nothing needs to be sent before that is in place.
