Sometimes the question is not “what would this cost” but “is this even the right approach”. A consultation is a conversation with an engineer about the technical problem, with no obligation attached.

Whether a controller migration is worth doing now or whether the machine will be replaced first. Whether a fault sounds like software or hardware. Whether a retrofit can achieve the throughput you need. Which platform makes sense for a new machine given what your team already supports.
How it works
Send a short description of the situation and what you are trying to decide. We will come back with either an answer or a time for a call. Calls are scheduled in European working hours.
What it costs
An initial technical discussion is free. If answering the question properly needs real review work — reading a full program, going through a drawing set — we will tell you before starting, and quote it.
