The fastest way to get a useful answer is to send something concrete: the PLC program, the electrical drawings, a photo of the control cabinet, or a description of what the machine does and what it is doing wrong.

Enquiries are answered by an engineer, normally within one working day. There is no sales stage — if we cannot help, we will say so, and if we can, the reply will contain something technically useful whether or not you go ahead.

What to include

The control platform if you know it. What the machine does. What has to change, or what is going wrong and when. Your timescale. If it is a fault, when it started and what changed around then.
