Manufacturing

Production cells, assembly stations and test rigs — including the retrofit work that keeps a mechanically sound machine earning for another decade.

Most manufacturing work reaching us is not a new machine. It is an existing one that has to do something it was not originally designed for, or one whose controller has gone end-of-life.

Retrofits

A control retrofit on a mechanically sound machine is usually a fraction of the cost of replacement and can be planned around a shutdown. The survey is the important part: what is actually wired, what the machine really does, and what nobody documented.

Traceability

Where parts have to be traced, the data has to be captured at the station that produced it and tied to a serial number, not reconstructed later from production counts. We build that in at the sequence level.
